Lovely room, beautiful property. We want to highlight one of Ingleside's employees, Kylie. We came from Michigan for a funeral, and with grace and kindness she took care of a check-in issue we had. As a representative of the Ingleside, she made customer care a priority. They are fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you, Kylie!

Great spring break destination for my family (2&7 year olds) - waterpark, arcade, food options on site. They do a great job keeping things clean and their rooms were very nice and updated Only thing that they can improve upon is the comfort of their pull out bed/couch. Almost unable to sleep on it, it was so uncomfortable. We paid for a larger, one bedroom, so disappointing that that wasn’t a better option

This hotel was great! The room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you could ever need. The TV worked great and had a ton of channels. The room also had a coffee machine and mini fridge. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly and answered all the questions we had. Walking down the halls, there are all sorts of conference rooms and larger office looking rooms, so this place would be great for weddings or events. We didn't have the chance to go to the water park, pool, or arcade, but we definitely will during our next stay!

We stayed one night for spring break. The room was a really nice size and beautiful. The bathroom was so nice and the kids loved every second of the waterpark. They had the pop up arcade going during our visit and I think we had more fun than the kids with the unlimited 80-s-90s arcade games. We’ll definitely be back. We ate at DiDis for dinner which the kids loved not having to get out for dinner, all in all a great trip.

Overall a great experience compared to a few hotels I been too. Life guards were attentive, scanning the water, walking along the edge. The staff was respectful and kind the little bit we’ve talked to them. It is a smaller water park but my 7 yr old had a lot of fun & asked when we could go back. I just wish they allowed Carry ins in the pool (like a water bottle). The door leading to the hall seemed thin but again life isn’t perfect and it was a perfect little trip.

This hotel is a really nice hotel. They enforce rules which makes it a much safer and quieter environment than a lot of water parks that I have been to. There's a code of conduct you sign upon renting your room where you acknowledge that your kids will not be screaming and running down the hallways at all hours of the night without repercussions. The staff is friendly. The lifeguards were very attentive in the swimming area. The water park water was actually pretty warm which surprised me. I had a blast with my kids. It's not a huge water park But it has the main essentials that you want to see at a water park; 2 tube slides, body slide, hot tub, lazy river, and kids play area with a few water slides meant for younger ages and the big bucket that dumps every 15 minutes or so. There's an adequate amount of seating by the pool area but I would recommend getting a table early in the morning. The cheapest cabanas are $100 but can be worth it if you have little kids that require more attention or you just want an area to be able to lounge in while at the water park. The great thing about the water park and being a guest there is that your wristband is good for the entire next day. So even if you check out at 11:00, you can still utilize the water park. They offer complimentary late checkout until noon and then $20 an hour after that. I plan on returning as I have already been there four or five times and had a great experiences each time.

We ended up at the Ingleside due to not having any hot water for a few days - it was a LOVELY room, very clean, and the shower was amazing. We were on the first floor, closer to the water park, so there was some noise during the day, but it wasn't a problem for us. Lots of parking and it felt quiet despite being close to the interstate. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Very Friendly Staff. The overall layout and decorating of this hotel was very tasteful in the wedding event area. The room we stayed in was clean and updated with a modern design, the bed comfortable and the overall space was comfortable for 2 people.
